General Information
Are pets allowed?
Animals are not allowed inside the venue. However, licensed service animals are permitted with verified credentials/license. Contact Angela.Robb@oregonstate.edu or Coltond@oregonstate.edu in advance for all service animal requests.
Can I bring my own chairs?
No chairs will be allowed into the venue. Since our rodeo arena is not sloped at all, the tickets purchased in the Rodeo Grounds is standing room only.
Can I smoke anywhere at the festival?
Baker County has implemented a policy that prohibits the use of marijuana and tobacco products on any county-owned property. Since the venue including the camping and parking areas are on County property, smoking is prohibited.
How much is parking?
Parking is FREE for this event. Limited parking will be available on a first come-first served basis in our 5 acre field and Leo Adler parking lot. Otherwise street parking is available. Please be mindful of our neighbors and don't block any residence's driveway.
Is there a bag policy?
All bags, and anything else that a person is carrying are subject to inspection upon entry.
Prohibited Items & Conduct
For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited at Baker County Summer Jam:
Weapons of any kind
Fireworks – No fireworks, firecrackers, or explosives of any kind.
Laser pointers – Not allowed in the venue.
Illegal drugs or substances – Strictly prohibited.
Umbrellas, coolers, and chairs – These items are not permitted as they may obstruct views.
Obstructive items – Any object that blocks the view of other patrons is not allowed.
Hate speech or offensive materials – Signs, clothing, flags, or language promoting racism, homophobia, sexism, or bigotry are strictly forbidden. Baker County Summer Jam is an inclusive, welcoming event.
Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of security and event management. Any violations of these rules may result in confiscation of items, removal from the venue, and referral to local law enforcement.
